Start Small
If this is completely new to you, then you are better off starting your journey a bit early but at a slow pace. They say that most habits stop after three weeks, but that might happen because you are throwing yourself into the deep end rather than building up the routine naturally.
You might want to start working out 2 times a week, whether it be at your local gym or at home. Anything is progressing in the right direction. To prevent bloating, try limiting the amount of fresh veggies and beans you eat. Have a high-protein breakfast first thing in the morning, and sip on a cup of water in between each alcoholic beverage.
